• Residential Building Contractors (Construction Supervisor)
• Inactive Construction Supervisor

Electricians:

• Electrical Contractors Including:
  • Inactive Electrical Contractor
  • Class B Electrical Contractor
  • Fire Alarm Contractor
• Journeyman or Apprentice Electrician
• Class I Maintenance Electrician
• Class II Maintenance Electrician

Plumbers:

• Plumbing Contractor (Master)
• Journeyman, Apprentice, or Inactive Master Plumber
• Landscape Irrigation Contractor's License
• Manufactured and Mobile Home Plumbing Installation Contractor Registration

Mechanical:

• HVAC Mechanical License (Master)
• Mechanical/Refrigeration/Fireplace Contractor

Zoning:

• Sign Wiring Contractor
• Sign and Outdoor Advertising Contractor
• Manufactured Home Parks Owners

All licenses require an application and the appropriate fee. Fees for most licenses are prorated so it is advisable to call for the correct fee. Some licenses require a compliance bond and general liability insurance. (See individual license for further information.)
