The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Regional Landfill Flare System Construction.

Sealed bids shall be received by Budgeting/Purchasing, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104, not later than 2 p.m., October 6, 2005. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, 1st Floor, at 2:15 p.m.

Specifications and bid forms that must be used are available for purchase for $15 (non-refundable) at either the Office of City Engineer at 224 W. 9th St., Sioux Falls, SD, 57104 or at R.W. Beck, Inc., c/o Michele Moore, 1380 Corporate Center Curve, Suite 305, St. Paul, MN 55121—Phone 651‑994‑8415; Fax 651‑994‑8396. All checks shall be made payable to R.W. Beck, Inc. Cite Bid Request No. 05-1096.

The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

A Pre-bid Conference will be held on October 4, 2005, at 10 a.m. at the Sioux Falls Regional Sanitary Landfill.
