NOTICE OF SALE

The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests sealed bids for sale of Two (2) Wheeled Tractor Scrapers.

Sealed bids shall be received by Purchasing, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., September 20, 2007. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, 1st Floor, at 2:15 p.m.

The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD.
