Bids will be received by the Mayor and Director of Finance, City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha and Lincoln Counties, South Dakota, for all but no part of its $25,570,000 City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, Sales Tax Revenue Bonds, Series 2007B in the office of the City’s financial advisor, Dougherty & Company, LLC, 110 S. Phillips Ave., Suite 203, Sioux Falls, SD 57104-6042, until 10 a.m. (Central Standard Time) on November 28, 2007, at which time the bids will be publicly opened and read. Bids may be mailed, delivered, or submitted by fax to Dougherty & Company LLC at the address set forth above or faxed to 605 339-0115, or submitted electronically via PARITY, as described below.

Signed bids without final price or coupons may be submitted to Dougherty & Company LLC prior to the time of sale. The bidder shall be responsible for submitting to Dougherty & Company LLC the final bid price and coupons by telephone 605-339-9800 or fax 605-339-0115 for inclusion in the submitted bid.
