NOTICE OF SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC AUCTION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY ON MAY 1, 2008.

Auction will begin on Thursday, May 1, 2008, at www.ironplanet.com.

Auction items are one (1) 2000 Elgin Street Sweeper and one (1) 2002 Elgin Street Sweeper.

All items are subject to sales tax. Items will be available for review at www.ironplanet.com on May 1, 2008. All items are sold as is, where is, and must be removed from the auction site per Iron Planet’s direction.
