NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Sanitary Landfill Cell 2 Excavation.

Sealed bids shall be received by Purchasing, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 224 W. Ninth St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., May 1, 2008. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, 1st Floor, at 2:15 p.m.

Specifications and bid forms that must be used are available for purchase for $30.00 (nonrefundable) from either the Office of City Engineer at 224 W. Ninth St., Sioux Falls, SD, or R. W. The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD.

A pre-bid conference will be held on April 22, 2008 at 1:00 p.m. at the Sioux Falls Regional Sanitary Landfill.
