NOTICE OF SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC AUCTION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY ON AUGUST 20, 2009.

Auction will begin on Thursday, August 20, 2009, at www.ironplanet.com.

Auction items are one (1) 1998 Wildcat Compost Turner and one (1) 1991 Linkbelt Excavator.

All items are subject to sales tax. Items will be available for review at www.ironplanet.com on August 20, 2009. All items are sold as is, where is, and must be removed from the auction site per Iron Planet’ s direction.
