NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Water Reclamation Plant, Disinfection System Improvements Equipment Procurement.

Sealed bids shall be received by Budgeting/Purchasing, Third Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., August 13, 2009. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, First Floor, at 2:15 p.m.

Specifications and bid forms that must be used are available from HDR Engineering at 6300 S. Old Village Pl., Ste. 100, Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Cite Bid Request No. 09-0099.

The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD.

No Pre-bid Conference will be conducted for this project.
