NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for Convention Center Canopy Painting.

Sealed bids shall be received by Purchasing, 3rd Floor, City Hall, 224 W. Ninth St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., August 13, 2009. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, 1st Floor, at 2:15 p.m.

Specifications and bid forms that must be used are available at City Purchasing Office at 224 W. Ninth St., Sioux Falls, SD 57104. Cite Bid Request No. 09-0103.

The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for Friday, August 7, 2009, at 3 p.m. at the Sioux Falls Convention Center, 1211 N. West Ave., Sioux Falls, SD. It is strongly ecommended that all interested contractors attend this meeting.
