NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for a Four-Wheel Drive Articulated Front-End Loader.

Sealed bids shall be received by Budgeting/Purchasing, Third Floor, City Hall, 224 W. Ninth St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., February 18, 2010. Bids shall
be publicly opened and read in City Hall, First Floor, at 2:15 p.m.

The City of Sioux Falls reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and make award(s) as deemed to be in the best interest of Sioux Falls, SD.

There will be a prebid conference on February 11, 2010, at 10 a.m. at First Floor City Hall.
