NOTICE OF SALE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS WILL HOLD A PUBLIC AUCTION OF SURPLUS PROPERTY ON JULY 29, 2010.

Auction will begin on Thursday, July 29, 2010, at www.ironplanet.com.

Auction items are one (1) 1997 Rosco Pothole Patcher, one (1) 2006 Tiger Pothole Spray Patcher, one (1) 2003 Elgin Pelican Street Sweeper, and one (1) 2000 Elgin Pelican Street Sweeper.

All items are subject to sales tax. Items will be available for review at www.ironplanet.com on Friday, July 16, 2010. All items are sold as is, where is, and must be removed from the auction site per Iron Planet’s direction.
