The City of Sioux Falls, SD, requests formal bids for 13th St. from Walts Ave. to Duluth Ave.—Overlay.

Sealed bids shall be received by Purchasing, Third Floor, City Hall, 224 W. 9th St., P.O. Box 7402, Sioux Falls, SD 57117-7402, not later than 2 p.m., February 16, 2012. Bids shall be publicly opened and read in City Hall, First Floor, at 2:15 p.m.
