The City of Sioux Falls and the South Dakota Department of Transportation intend to construct an overpass over Interstate 229 near Solberg Avenue in the southwest part of the City. In addition, Tallgrass Avenue, 69th Street, and Solberg Avenue will be fully constructed to an urban street section.  The City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is accepting proposals from qualified firms for the street construction project following professional engineering design services.
