The City of Sioux Falls is seeking an architectural firm specializing in large building analysis to provide a complete building analysis of the Sioux Falls Arena. This request for quote (RFQ) is an attempt to determine the interest of the private sector in providing a cost effective seven-year master plan for the upkeep and repair of the Sioux Falls Arena and grounds.

Selection of an architectural firm will be based on quality of the services provided, costs, and responsiveness to this RFQ.

Analysis of responses to this Request for Quote will be made by the City of Sioux Falls Engineering Department and will be reported to the Director of Planning. Questions related to this request may be directed to:
