The City of Sioux Falls is seeking an architectural firm specializing in preservation of historic buildings to provide a complete building analysis of the Washington Pavilion of Arts and Science. This request for quote (RFQ) is an attempt to determine the interest of the private sector in providing a cost effective ten year master plan for the upkeep and preservation Washington Pavilion building and grounds.

Selection of an architectural firm will be based on quality of the services provided, costs, and responsiveness to this RFQ.

Analysis of responses to this Request for Quote will be made by the City of Sioux Falls Engineering Department and will be reported to the Director of Planning. Questions related to this request may be directed to:
