The City of Sioux Falls intends to widen Cliff Avenue from 57th Street to 69th Street and to reconstruct Cliff Avenue from 69th Street to 85th Street to a 4 lane urban section with a landscaped median.

In addition, an analysis of Cliff Avenue from 49th Street to 57th Street is included in this project to comprehensively look at this entire corridor from 49th Street to 85th Street and identify needs for the future traffic volumes.
