The purpose of the Request for Proposals (RFP) is to identify interested consulting firms with the analytical resources and expertise available to assist in developing alternatives to coordinate local transportation services to the elderly, persons with disabilities, and low income individuals of the Sioux Falls MPO region.

The City anticipates entering into a Consultant Services Agreement with a qualified consulting firm to complete this report.
