The City of Sioux Falls is seeking proposals for professional engineering services for the design of the Filter Expansion and Backwash Storage/Pumping Improvements at the Water Purification Plant. These projects were identified in the Update to the Water Treatment Plant Master Plan completed in 2001, and are included in the Capital Improvements Program as components of the Water Treatment Plant Upgrade.

The design engineer will be responsible for designing both projects concurrently.
