Request for Qualification: Request for Qualifications for Professional Services
The City of Sioux Falls intends to enter into a contract with a consultant through a formal request for qualifications (RFQ) process. This process is intended to identify consultants who are qualified to prepare and implement a work plan that results in the establishment of Total Maximum Daily Loads (TMDLs) for a reach of the Big Sioux River near Sioux Falls, South Dakota.
