The City of Sioux Falls, South Dakota, is accepting proposals from qualified firms for professional engineering/architectural services for the following Water Reclamation Facility Project.

Water Reclamation Facility Roof Replacement

The Sioux Falls Public Works Water Reclamation Division has established a Capital Improvements Project (138077) to proceed with roof replacement of several buildings at the Water Reclamation Campus. The Water Reclamation Facility was built between 1980 and 1986. Most of the roofs have had minor rehabilitation however, are now in need of replacement. The City of Sioux Falls seeks a qualified consultant with roof replacement design and construction experience.
