The 2007 Action Plan was developed by Sioux Falls Community Development with the cooperation and input from various for profit and non-profit housing and service providers including, but not limited to: Big Brothers Big Sisters of South Dakota, City of Sioux Falls Planning Department, Community Outreach Consumer Credit Counseling Service of Lutheran Social Services (Housing Resource Center), Furniture Mission of South Dakota, Habitat for Humanity, Home Builders Association of the Sioux Empire, Inter-Lakes Community Action, Minnehaha County Department of Human Services, Prairie Freedom Center for Independent Living, Sioux Empire Homeless Coalition, Sioux Empire Housing Partnership, Sioux Falls Housing and Redevelopment Commission, Sioux Falls Housing Corporation, Sioux Vocational Services, St. Francis House, Southeastern Behavioral Healthcare, U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, Wells Fargo Financial Bank.
