Candidates seeking a vacant position in the April 11, 2006, election are required to submit a monthly Statement of Receipts and Expenditures to the City Clerk’s Office on the last business day of each month before the election.
Once a candidate has filed a Notice of Intent, he/she is required to file a Statement of Receipts and Expenditures 15 days later.
Once all of the monthly receipts have been collected from the candidates and filed in the City Clerk’s Office, the information will be submitted for posting on the Internet. The process will take one week. These documents appear as filed by the candidates.
The documents remain available for public viewing in the City Clerk’s Office, 235 West Tenth Street, Sioux Falls, SD.
