Audit Committee
Purpose - In order to provide for independence of the internal audit activity, the Audit Committee oversees the audit activities and reviews/approves audit reports and the annual audit plan. Members determine whether a report moves forward to the City Council for further review or action. The proposed meeting schedule is quarterly or as needed. The committee is made up of 3 citizens and 4 Council members.

The current committee members are:

  • Joe Marsh, CPA - term Feb. 2009 to Feb. 2012
  • Anne Oppergard's term is now May 2011 to May 2014
  • Jason Forbes' term is May 2011 to May 2014
