| The Finance Department is responsible for the administration of the City's centralized fiscal activities, including the uniform accounting and financial system, budgeting, financial reporting, system support for the centralized mainframe financial applications, cash and investment management, cash payments and receipts, municipal bonding and debt service management, purchasing, special assessments, fixed assets accounting and reporting, and revenue collection. |
