Ground Ambulance Services Provider

The City of Sioux Falls has issued a notice of intent to negotiate a contract with Paramedics Plus to be the city’s ground ambulance service provider. The multi–year selection process involved a review of the current emergency medical system design, stakeholder meetings, and issuing an RFP.

MyHealth Patient Portal offers secure online access to Falls Community Health anytime, day or night. By signing up, you will be able to manage your appointments, view lab results, send secure messages to your provider, and view your medication history.
