PROJECT NICE/KEEP NEIGHBORHOOD CLEANUP

Every year, a multi-departmental neighborhood cleanup will occur in the spring. This is in conjunction with Project NICE and Project KEEP. For those people who are new to these projects, NICE (Neighborhood Improvement/Complaint Easement) is intended to help the selected neighborhood with environmental concerns such as garbage, rubbish, inoperable vehicles, dilapidated buildings, and zoning problems.

KEEP (Keep Environmental Enhancement Permanent) is intended to revisit previous NICE neighborhoods which have fallen behind in their maintenance and assist them in returning to the community standard.

The 2008 cleanup project has completed. Check back next spring for information on 2009's project areas.
