Falls Community Health Center Governing Board

The Board shall exercise a general supervision of the health of the city with full power to take all steps and use all measures necessary to promote the general cleanliness and good health of the community.

The Board is authorized with approval of the City Council to employ the staff necessary to carry out the duties of the health officer.

The Board shall equip a public health lab, whose services shall be available to the medical profession of the state for bacteriological, chemical, and pathological examinations.
