The Sioux Falls Ice and Recreation Center Board shall advise the facility manager, city parks and recreation board, the director of parks and recreation, the mayor, and the city council regarding fees for use of the Sioux Falls Ice and Recreation Center; ice time for public figure skating, open skating, hockey, and other uses; and any sale of the facility or discontinuance of its use as an ice rink. Such advice will include suggestions for a replacement facility.
