• Planning Commission Minutes from April 4, 2007 : ITEM 25. 2007-02-24: REZONE S, Institutional and RS-2, Residential Districts to the Sioux Valley Hospital PD, Planned Development District for future development.
• 2008-10-01: REZONE from the RD, Residential District and RS-2, Residential District to Subarea A of the Sanford USD Medical Center Planned Development District at West 16th and 17th Street from Grange Avenue to West Avenue.
  Legal Description: Block 1 & 2, Prospect Hills Addition; Block 1, Beardsley's Addition; Block 1, Bushnell's Addition; and 1212 West 22nd Street.
  The proposal will add the above additional properties into the Sanford USD Medical Center Planned Development District – Subarea A. Subarea A Regulations are proposed to be amended to include residential homes as allowed uses.
