Planning Commission requested planning staff to complete a land use study of Minnesota Avenue.  The completed study would be used to analyze development proposals coming before the Planning Commission for approval.   Last summer, the planning interns prepared a draft land use survey of the Minnesota Avenue Corridor including approximately one block east and west of Minnesota Avenue.

A draft zoning ordinance has also been proposed based upon the overlay districts used for I-229, River Greenway and 49th Street.
