Zoning Board of Adjustment Meeting Agendas and Minutes

The Board hears and decides appeals where it is alleged there is an error in any order, requirement, decisions, or determination made by a Zoning Official in the enforcement of the zoning or flood plain development ordinance; to hear and decide upon petitions for variance to vary the strict application of the height, area, setback, yard, parking and density requirement; and to make limited zoning exemptions.

All meetings are held at 7 p.m. in Carnegie Town Hall, unless noted otherwise below.
