Upon the request of Mayor Dave Munson, a notice is hereby given that a Special City Council Meeting will be held on Monday, December 31, 2007, at 12:15 p.m. at the City Council Chambers, Carnegie Town Hall, 235 West Tenth Street, for the purpose of considering the transfer of two liquor licenses.

This meeting will be televised live on Channel 16 and will have closed captioning.
