Earth Day Network’s Urban Environment Report released performance scores of 72 for the nation’s cities.  Indicators used in scoring include such things as air quality, drinking water, public health and quality of life.  Sioux Falls ranked fifth in the overall standings. In cities with a population of 100,000 – 250,000, Sioux Falls was rated the best.
