Title:	Transit Route Detour: Route #4 - North Hilltop

At 15th Street and Sycamore Avenue, Route 4 will detour west on 15th Street to Charlotte Avenue, south on Charlotte Avenue to 16th Street, west on 16th Street to Bahnson Avenue, and will then resume route. Detour will be in effect from June 21, 2007 until completion.
