At 18th Street and Bahnson Avenue, Route 9 will detour north on Bahnson Avenue to 16th Street, east on 16th Street to Charlotte Avenue, north on Charlotte Avenue to 15th Street, east on 15th Street to Sycamore Avenue, south on Sycamore Avenue, and then will resume route at 18th Street.

Detour will be in effect from June 21, 2007 until completion.
