The Public Transit Advisory Board (PTAB) established the Accessible Transportation for All Study Group to collectively examine several issues currently facing the City’s public transportation system.
The study group met over several months and compiled its recommendations in a report.
PTAB will be receiving public comment on the study group’s recommended changes at two Town Hall meetings scheduled for 3 and 7 p.m. on Thursday, March 22. The meetings will be held in the Carnegie Town Hall Council Chambers at 235 West 10th Street (corner of 10th Street and Dakota Avenue).
After a presentation of each of the proposed recommendations, the meeting will be opened up to the public for comment. The proposed changes are outlined in the report which is available for viewing at all branches of the City Library or at the Sioux Falls City Planning Office. It is also available on the City’s website at www.siouxfalls.org/transit.
