NOTICE OF HEARING
CITY OF SIOUX FALLS AND LINCOLN COUNTY
JOINT ZONING ORDINANCE AMENDMENT

Notice is given that at a joint meeting of the City of Sioux Falls Planning Commission and the Lincoln Planning Commission that the following amendment will be considered to the 2006 Revised Joint Zoning Regulations for Lincoln County and the City of Sioux Falls.

AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SIOUX FALLS, SD, AMENDING APPENDIX F OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY BY REVISING FEES. 

The Joint Planning Commissions will consider said amendment(s) at a joint meeting beginning at 7 p.m. on November 14, 2007, held at the Lincoln County Courthouse, 100 E. Fifth St., Canton, SD.

Any person interested may appear and be heard.
