Notice is given that at the regular meeting of the Sioux Falls City Board of Adjustment to be held at 7 p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2007, in City Hall, First Floor, there will be a public hearing on the following variances to the 1983 Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sioux Falls.
Item 105-07: Variance in a waiver of hard surfacing of a parking space and access thereto until August 1, 2008.
Legal Description: Lot 38 and the N 7' of Lot 37 in Block 2 of the Lawler’s Addition to the City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, State of South Dakota

Item 109-07: Variance to allow a freestanding sign in a rear yard setback.

Item 110-07: Variance in the required front yard setback from 25' to 17'.
Legal Description: Gerin & Young Subdivision Blocks 6 and 7 and the S 20' of Lots 11 and 12 and the N 44' of Lots 13 and 14 of the Emerson’s Addition in the City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, State of South Dakota

Item 111-07: Variance in the required front yard setback from 25' to 15'.
Legal Description: The N 16.5' of the vacated street and all of Lot 7 in Block 8 of the Pettigrew & Tates 9th Addition in the City of Sioux Falls, Minnehaha County, State of South Dakota
