The State of South Dakota and the Sioux Falls Police Department would like the public’s help locating a parole absconder that witnessed a shooting on March 15, 2008.

Simian Rashan Dansby was present during the shooting on Valhalla Boulevard and fled before police arrived. He is wanted as a parole absconder. Simian is a black male, 6 feet tall and 205 pounds.
