The Sioux Falls Police Department would like the publics’ help finding the person responsible for striking a pedestrian and leaving the scene. The pedestrian was struck and rolled over the top of the car at 26th Street and Duluth Avenue at about 1:30 p.m. on Monday, April 21st. The car is believed to be a black Subaru WRX-type of car with a rear spoiler and had Old English lettering in the rear window with the word “Damien.”

The driver got out after the impact and forcibly took a note containing the suspect’s license plate information from the victim before fleeing the scene. The suspect is a black male in his mid twenties, about 6'-6" tall and 180 pounds, and had a younger white female with bleached blond hair and tanned skin as a passenger.
