The Sioux Falls Police Department is proud to announce that it will be hosting it’s “Citizens’ Police Academy”.
The Academy consists of training in police topics such as patrol procedures, K-9 operations, crime scene processing, crime prevention, and investigative methods of fraud, narcotics, theft and assaults. Classes will be held on Thursday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. for eight weeks.
The 2008 Fall session begins September 25 and ends November 13, 2008. The classes will be conducted at the Sioux Falls Law Enforcement Center, located at 320 W. 4th Street.
