On August 13, 2008, at approximately 1900 hours, officers of the Sioux Falls Police Department arrested a 38-year-old Sioux Falls man for solicitation of a minor and attempted sexual contact with a child under the age of 16.

This arrest stems from an undercover internet investigation that has been ongoing since late April. This subject was arrested after arriving at a specified location to have sex with who he believed was a 12-year-old female. The subject was taken into custody without incident and is being held in the Minnehaha County Jail.

The man arrested is Nolan Dale Stallinga, address listed as 108 West 25th Street, Sioux Falls, SD.
