On August 27, 2008, at 7:43 a.m., police were dispatched to 1704 West 41st Street for an armed robbery. According to the clerk, a black man wearing a light blue hooded sweatshirt entered the casino, threatened her with a knife, and demanded cash. The suspect left in an unknown direction. Through the ensuing investigation, a suspect was developed. The suspect was later located, arrested, and charged with 1st Degree Robbery.
