NOTICE OF UNANTICIPATED GRANTS AWARDED TO THE CITY

– ADDED TO THE BUDGET –

The City of Sioux Falls (Health Department) has received $250,750 from the Pandemic Influenza Points of Disbursement and the CDC City Readiness Initiative Federal Grants. The funds were used for various operating expenditures.

The City of Sioux Falls (Health Department) has received $56,768 from the Mosquito Control Federal Grant. The funds were used for various operating expenditures.

The City of Sioux Falls (Health Department) has received $10,845 from a federal grant. The funds were paid to Nuaire, Inc. for a bio-safety cabinet in the Sioux Falls Public Health Laboratory.

The City of Sioux Falls (Siouxland Libraries) has received $62,574 from a state grant. The funds were paid to Airsonics for wireless communications, to MPC-G, LLC, for computers, and to Software House for computer software.

The City of Sioux Falls (Police Department) has received $10,990 from the High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Grant. The funds were used to pay various operating expenditures.

The City of Sioux Falls (Police Department) has received $30,198 from the Byrne Justice Assistance Grant Program. The funds were paid to Corona Solutions for Staff Wizard Software.

The City of Sioux Falls (Police Department) has received $81,093 from the Office of Highway Safety Grant. The funds were paid to MPC-G, LLC, for laptop computers, to Applied Kustom Signals for radar units, and for various operating expenditures for DWI and traffic enforcement.

The City of Sioux Falls (Police Department) has received $32,001 from the Federal Drug Forfeiture Funds. The funds were paid to Billions for leases on vehicles, to Pop Pop Ind. LLC for a currency counter machine, to Midwest Alarm Co., Inc. for an evidence storage alarm system and monitoring, and to Best Business Products for copy machine lease and various operating expenditures.
