NOTICE OF HEARING - FUTURE LAND USE AMENDMENT
Notice is given by the City Council that the following amendment(s) will be considered to the Future Land Use Plan of the City of Sioux Falls.
- A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP AS A PART OF THE SIOUX FALLS 2015 GROWTH MANAGEMENT PLAN PETITION NO. 2008-01-13 AT 6 MILE RD. AND E. TENTH ST. FROM THE SINGLE-FAMILY AND MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL LAND USES TO AN ALLOCATION OF COMMERCIAL, OFFICE/INSTITUTIONAL, AND MULTI-FAMILY LAND USES.
Legal Description: A Portion of SW1/4 and NW1/4 Section 17-101-48, as shown by Exhibit, Minnehaha County
The City Council will consider said amendment(s) at the Carnegie Town Hall, 235 W. Tenth St., at 7 p.m., March 3, 2008.
