CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is given that at the regular meeting of the Sioux Falls City Planning Commission to be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at the Carnegie Town Hall, 235 W. 10th St., there will be a public hearing on the following amendment(s) to the 1983 Zoning Ordinance of the City of Sioux Falls.

  1. 2007-12-20: REZONE AG, Agricultural District to the Canterbury Heights East PD, RD and RS-2, Residential, and the RC, Recreation/Conservation Districts for future development at E. Madison St. and N. Powder House Rd.
    Legal Description: E1/2 SE1/4 and SE1/4 NE1/4 Section 12-101-49 and NW1/4 SW1/4 Section 7-101-48, Minnehaha County
  2. 2008-01-14: REZONE from the O, Office District to the C-2, General Commercial District to allow a motel expansion at 101 N. Blaine Ave.
