NOTICE OF HEARING

CITY PLANNING COMMISSION

Notice is given that at the regular meeting of the Sioux Falls City Planning Commission to be held at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5, 2008, at the Carnegie Town Hall, 235 W. Tenth St., there will be a public hearing on the following amendment(s) to the Future Land Use Plan of the City of Sioux Falls.

1. 2008-01-13: Future Land Use Amendment allowing changes in future land uses from an allocation of single-family and multi-family residential to an allocation for commercial, office/institutional, multi-family, and single-family future land uses at northeast corner of 6 Mile Rd. and E. Tenth St.
   Legal Description: A Portion of SW1/4 and NW1/4 Section 17-101-48, as shown by Exhibit, Minnehaha County
2. 2008-02-20: Future Land Use Amendment allowing changes in future land uses to add an allocation of residential, parks and open spaces, and single-family residential future land uses at S. Cliff Ave. to S. Minnesota Ave. from E. 77th St. to E. 85th St.
   Legal Description: N1/2 SW1/4 and N1/2 SE1/4 and N570' SE1/4 SE1/4 and SW1/4 SE1/4 and portion of S190' SE1/4 NE1/4 all in Section 14-100-50 per exhibit, Lincoln County
