A section of the City’s bicycle and recreation trail from 49th Street to 41st Street will close beginning Monday, March 3. A Corps of Engineers project to raise the levy in this area will continue into the summer. The project will help provide the city with additional flood protection. An unpaved detour on the west side of the levy will be available for trail users beginning this spring.
