Mayor Munson will hold the City’s annual employee forum January 15 and 16, 2008, at the Orpheum Theater Center, Munson announced today.

“This is a chance to bring our 1,100 City employees together to learn more about the direction of our organization in 2008,” Munson said.

Employees will attend one of three sessions starting at 10 a.m. on January 15. They will hear from City Planning Director Mike Cooper, who will address growth and development in Sioux Falls and guest speaker V. J. Smith, with a memorable presentation on the value of customer service. They’ll also see a video featuring Sioux Falls’ 12 City Directors and a range of projects and programs.

“I’m looking forward to sharing our vision for the city with our valuable employees,” Munson said. “The more they understand about where Sioux Falls is headed, the better service they can provide to our citizens.”
