Notice is given by the City Council that the following amendment(s) will be considered to the Future Land Use Plan of the City of Sioux Falls:

16. A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE FUTURE LAND USE MAP AS A PART OF THE SIOUX FALLS 2015 GROWTH MANAGEMENT PLAN PETITION NO. 2007 10 13 AT W. 85TH ST. AND S. WESTERN AVE. FROM THE SINGLE FAMILY, MULTI FAMILY, AND OFFICE/INSTITUTIONAL LAND USE TO AN ALLOCATION OF MIXED USE AND MULTI FAMILY FUTURE LAND USES.
Legal Desc.: SE1/4 of the SE1/4 of Section 16-100-50, Lincoln County (Boulder Ridge Addn.).

The City Council will consider said amendment(s) at the Carnegie Town Hall, 235 W. 10th St., at 7 p.m., Monday, February 4, 2008.
